The Company

My client is a software company with hardware development for digital and network-based video security solutions. Very well known as the leading pioneer in network camera technology since its founding. Having presence in embassies, airports, public venues, railway stations, a large amount of video systems have been in operation on each continent for years.

The Role

My client is opening a Business Development Manager position based in Israel, to cover the South East of Europe. You will be in charge of presenting the company to distributors and resellers, implement and execute the business development strategy for the region, develop and manage the sales channel in the region. Also, you will be responsible of sustainable growth and achieving the target.

Key Skills

*Excellent communication/presentation skills and an enthusiastic, energetic approach
*3+ years sales experience.
*Excellent knowledge of IP Networks, infrastructure and related hardware.
*Experience in the CCTV industry would be highly appreciated, but is not mandatory
*Experience with executive relationships and alliances.
*Hebrew & English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
*Willing to frequently travel (approx. 80%) throughout the region and occasionally to the headquarters for training and events
