Technical Training Quality Assurance Analyst

My client is looking to recruit for a Technical Training Quality Assurance Analyst to join their leading Training Provider in Saudi Arabia. This role is being offered on a full time basis and to start on the 1st February 2017. Due to Visa requirements the ideal candidate needs to be Indian , Filipino, Sudanese or South African.

Description

The Technical Training Quality Assurance Analyst's role is to develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the technical training services. The Technical Training QA Analyst will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate training processes through well planned QA reviews.

Responsibilities
Develop and establish quality assurance measures and standards for training services.
Conduct studies and prepare reports and provide recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential deficient areas in training.
Liaise with training in assessing training materials when purchasing or adopting.
Conduct internal and external reviews to assess compliance with established QA standards and prepare required reports.
Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed.
Observe classes to ensure curriculum and delivery are meeting set standards, methodologies and practices
Make recommendations for improvement of training processes and related services.
Promote awareness and knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
Work with accrediting bodies to ensure accreditation and reaccreditation.
Participate in Peer reviews done for other training centers.
Perform other duties as required.

Position Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or industrial education. PhD is a plus.
10 years or more relevant Technical Training QA experience or lecturing at an engineering college level.
Certification in QA management systems is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Work Conditions

Occasional evening assignments to meet training requirements.
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
Some travel may be required for the purpose of off-site QA activities.

Inreturn you will receive a salary of 16,000 - 18,000 SAR per month + benefits.
