Senior Instructor - Mentor - Airforce Cadets - Dhahran.
As Senior Instructor, you will be responsible for the tutoring, mentoring and development of graduates of the Saudi National Technical Instructor Training Program (SNTITP), to meet the needs of the TTS Saudisation Plan.
Prepare and implement individual development plans for graduates of the SNTITP to ensure they reach the required instructional standard through mentoring and tailored support as well as provide tutorial and mentoring support to facilitate the progression of single skill Saudi National Instructors to fully qualified multi-skill instructors.
Accountable for recommendation, development and implementation of procedures, processes and controls within the SNTITP to ensure compliance with defined policies as well as ensuring working practices comply with all current departmental policies, procedures and work instructions, conducting regular reviews to ensure they are applied and reflect the efficient practices appropriate to a dynamic organisation.
The role requires the job holder to contribute as required to supporting business development activities, perform classroom assessments and observations with the provision of feedback for all graduates of the SNTITP and perform classroom and practical based training delivery within area of expertise / specialism on an as required basis to support SNTITP and SN Multi-skilling programme.
Lead the analysis, design, production, development and delivery of designated new and existing training programmes and projects, to satisfy TSI and individual needs and to time, cost and quality requirements. Lead, develop and motivate a team of multi-disciplined Training Specialists to ensure they are competent and motivated to meet their accountabilities on current and projected training programmes or projects, and that all assigned resources are effectively utilised.
Be the holder of a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in a mutli-skill Technical Discipline or an equivalent qualification.
English Language ability to IELTS 6.5 or equivalent achieved within the last 2 years for non-native speakers.
Graduate of an EASA Part 147 training establishment or a similar advanced military trade school and extensive practical experience across the range of their aircraft specialty systems.
The job holder would have a recognised formal teaching qualification such as Cert Ed as well as extensive experience within teaching/instructional sector.
Extensive experience in the development, management/supervisory and delivery of academic education and training programmes in a military training environment.
Acknowledged attainment of company Systems core and functional competencies applicable to grade of post.
Must be IT Literate and able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with the ability to think analytically and express solutions to complex issues in simple language.
Good knowledge of training methodologies, analysis, design and instructional techniques as well as proven interpersonal skills to support technical interaction and counselling from a wide spectrum of status levels and capabilities - understands what is required to meet requirements.
